Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
This period was to focuses on expansion of the stability and durability perovskite solar cells employing CNT electrodes to outperform the metal electrode. The lifetime of the device also can be longer in terms of thermal and chemical stability by adding antioxidant doping. These issues will solve the problems of perovskite photovoltaics fabrication. Also, we started the use of new heterostructures of MoS2-CNT for perovskite and tandem solar cell devices, respectively.The achievements include; -Publication of article entitled ‘Controlled Redox of Lithium-ion Endohedral Fullerene for Efficient and Stable Metal Electrode, -Free Perovskite Solar Cells'in JACS (IF: 14.695)., -Coauthored publication entitled ‘High-Performance Solution-Processed Double-Walled-Carbon Nanotube Transparent Electrode for Perovskite Solar Cells’ in Advanced Energy Materials (IF:24.88), -Fabrication of high-performance perovskite solar cell using doped-SWCNT achieved with ~18.8% of power conversion efficiency that outperforms the gold electrode-based devices. the result was recently published in JMCA (IF:10.733)
