| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
ロシアは対抗制裁の実施により経済安全保障を確保したものの、ルーブル安や新規エネルギー開拓等に支障をきたし、経済は低迷している。ロシアのユーラシア側の周辺国は、ドイツ、イギリス、アメリカなど地理的に遠い諸国よりもロシアに対する経済制裁や外交関係において比較的関与的あるいは宥和的な政策を示す傾向にあるが欧州側の周辺国はウクライナ、ポーランドのように強硬姿勢を貫く場合が多い。上記のような観点から現地における資料収集やインタビューを行い、学会発表等により成果を発表した。
