| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
As a learning support system using blockchain, we proposed a learning economy model and conducted a proof of concept experiment (PoC). We implemented four functions in the system used for PoC; 1) record learning results posted by learners on SNS by blockchain, 2) create learning contents based on the recorded learning results, 3) manage intellectual property While implementing learning contents, and 4) returning virtual currency to learners as learning income. In the demonstration experiment of this research, it was shown that the blockchain-based education system not only solves the economic problems in education in developing countries but may also provide motivation to learners.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究で提案した学習経済では，人々が日常生活や社会生活で得た，不確かな情報，感覚的な認知，様々な体験などから得た「学び」すなわち「知識だけではなく学びの過程」をも仮想通貨で取引し価値化する．その仕組みは，ブロックチェーン技術を応用して提供される．このような学習モデルは，本研究が開始されるまでほとんどみることがなかった．我々の研究発表の後，2018年になって，類似の流れを汲む学習経済の大規模な提案が米国などで行われるようになった．ただし，学びの価値化の具体的な仕組みは，本研究以外では提案されたことはない．本研究は，様々な点において非常に独創的であり学術的に高い意味を持っていた．
