We developed a microchip to simply and rapidly evaluate telomere length at the end of human chromosome related to aging and cell cancer. We proposed a mass production process of silicon resin by using a micro mold fabricated by 3D lithography. On the fabricated disposable microchip, all analysis steps between cell trapping, chromosome extraction, extension, suspension, and analysis were semi-automatically performed using centrifugal force.
