Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Due to the lack donor pool, to detect graft rejection in earlier time points should be mandatory and also high accuracy is preferable. Therefore, we aimed to investigate to develop a new therapeutic system to detect it with using measurements of acute kidney injury (AKI) biomarkers such as NGAL and L-FABP In the current study. Additionally, we determined a new role of Dendritic cells as a therapeutic target in transplantation instead of T cell targeted therapy, which would allow us to lead to prolong graft survival in a safety manner. These work have been already reported in both several international congress (i.e. American Transplant Congress, E-ISFA) and papers (Curr Protein Pept Sci. 2019、Transplant Proc 2018, 2016、Artif Organs. 2017, 2017、Front Immunol. 2016、Transpl Int. 2016、Cytokine. 2016).

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
