The objective of this project is to develop fundamental technologies for the real-time modeling and forecasting of online social activities.
Specifically, our proposed algorithms (namely, non-linear tensor analysis and real-time mining and forecasting) can handle a wide variety of big time-series data, and capture the latent interaction between social events, and forecast future social activities.
