Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study examined the induced active immunization against inhibin. The results are summarized as follows: (1) identified a splice variant of inhibin αexpressed in cynomolgus monkey follicles. (2) an amino acid sequence similar or common to “goat” inhibin was identified to induce active immunization. (3) developed a screening system for cynomolgus monkey using serum AMH. (4) generated an Oct3/4 reporter cynomolgus monkey ES Cell line.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
