Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究の目的は、以下のことにあった。すなわち、[A]人権の根本的価値への依拠形態を分節化しそれぞれの検討を行う人権の哲学の探求、[B]人権の哲学がもつ開発・援助への含意を、被援助者による権利行使を重視する開発・援助構想とその対抗構想の関係の規範理論的分析・評価によって明らかにする開発の倫理学の探求、という2つの探求により、人権基底的な開発の倫理学の体系的構築をなすことであった。 本年度は、[A]の研究についてさらに貢献を重ねることを目指しつつ、[A][B-1][B-2]の取りまとめを行った。
第1に、[A]の研究について、国際的な場で私が展開する二元的理論の吟味を得ることを目指し、報告を行なった。すなわち、スイスのUniversity of Lucerneにおける報告、韓国政治学会における報告、国際人権法学会若手人権問題研究会の3つである。第2に、人権の哲学における重要論者チャールズ・ベイツによる著作「From Practice to Theory」を翻訳し、「実践から理論へ」とした（単独訳）。またこの論文に対し約2000字の訳者解題を与えた（商業誌掲載予定。刊行日詳細は未定）。第3に、グローバル関係学」第3回若手研究者報告会において報告を行い、人権の制度的構想に対して相互行為的構想を擁護し、それがグローバル関係における人権描写に持つ意味を示した。第4に、[A][B-1][B-2]の研究を取りまとめ、単行本として出版する準備を行なった。そこでは研究の成果を39万字を超える形でまとめながら、[A][B-1][B-2]の研究成果を自然本性的構想及び二元的理論の骨子描写とその含意という形で有機的に連関させ、人権の哲学から示唆される開発構想の提示を行なった。
上記のように、本研究は本年度、着実な研究の進展をみた。
