Outline of Annual Research Achievements

マイクロニードルパッチの酵素発電による発電量不十分の問題点を解決する為に、皮膚の熱を利用して、補助発電デバイスとして、熱電デバイスを作成する。

熱電デバイスを作る為には、その元になる熱電材料の研究はすごく重要となる。本研究ではZT値が10以上と予言された量子ドットを用いた。平成32年度では、リガンドの分子長や共役性が量子ドット薄膜の集合構造や電気特性に与える影響を系統的に研究した。分子長が長く共役性を持つリガンドを使うことにより、これまでブラックボックスとなっていた「リガンド交換」の原理機構を解明し、量子ドット薄膜の性能向上のための指針を得た。
