信号の離散性を利用した大規模過負荷MIMO信号検出とその理論解析

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

1. 非凸最適化に基づく離散値ベクトル再構成手法として,SOAV 最適化の非凸最適化への拡張であるSSR(Sum of Sparse Regularizers)最適化を提案した.また,SSR最適化のためのアルゴリズムとして,ADMMに基づく手法と主・双対近接分離法に基づく手法を導出した.ADMMに基づく手法は主・双対近接分離法に基づく手法と比べ速い収束性を示す一方で,主・双対近接分離法に基づく手法はADMMに基づく手法において行われる逆行列計算を必要としないというメリットがある.また,SSR最適化を複素数領域に拡張した最適化問題も提案し,ADMMに基づく最適化アルゴリズムを導出した.非凸な最適化問題であるため大域的最適解への収束性は保証されないものの, 非凸最適化に基づく手法が従来の凸最適化に基づく手法よりも良い特性を達成可能であることを計算機シミュレ ーションによって示した.

2 SOAV 最適化に基づく離散値ベクトル再構成の特性はこれまで計算機シミュレーションによって評価されてきたが,その理論的な解析はなされていなかった.そこで,CGMT(Convex Gaussian Min-max Theorem)と呼ばれる定理を用いて大システム極限におけるSOAV最適化の理論解析を行い,シンボル誤り率の値を評価した.問題のサイズが大きい場合には,計算機シミュレーションによって理論解析結果と近い特性を得られることを示した.また,より詳しい理論解析を行い,理論解析結果に基づいて最適化問題のパラメータを選ぶ手法も提案した.
