| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本年度はpoecillastrin Cの立体化学未決定部分に取り組んだ。天然物のNMR解析のみからでは決定困難であったため、基本骨格の分解反応の検討を行い、立体化学未決定の不斉炭素すべてを含むフラグメントをLC-MSで検出することに成功した。
また屋久新曽根産Characella属カイメンから、新規類縁体poecillastrin Hが単離・構造決定された。収量が極微量であったが、NMR解析のみでは決定が難しいβ-ヒドロキシアスパラギン酸残基の結合様式と絶対配置についても、我々が開発した誘導体化手法（前年度報告書）を用いることで化学的に決定できた。poecillastrin Hは、前年度に単離および活性評価を行ったpoecillastrin C, E, F, Gと同程度（IC50 4.1 nM）で3Y1細胞に対する細胞毒性を示した。
