Outline of Final Research Achievements	Multi-stage physical network recovery is required after large-scale network failures during unprecedented disasters. We here tackled methods to determine effective recovery order of damaged network components. First, we proposed a network recovery method considering two recovery-stages for the connectivity and the traffic demands so as to meet recovery requirements that change with time lapse. Second, we proposed a network abstraction algorithm to reduce the number of network elements considered in computing a recovery order, where network area without failures is abstracted. Finally, we realized a network recovery simulator and confirm basic series of operation from network failure to network recovery for an outcome of our proposed methods.
Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements	今後発生しうる激甚災害の備えとして、大規模通信ネットワーク故障時の効果的な設備復旧順序の決定方法に関して、疎通回復を優先する等の現実的な要求条件の反映や、迅速な復旧順序決定を可能とする実用性を高めた順序決定方法を先駆けて明らかにした。また提案する復旧順序決定法の社会実装に向けて、ネットワーク検証環境における動作検証と、ネットワークオペレータの活用を想定したシミュレータの具現化を通して、検討を前進させた。
