This study is practical research of ESD for problem solving ability development, using of New course of study at school (Kindergarten and Junior high school) and 21st century education in Japan. We got results as follows A,B,C,D. Advanced cases study of A,B.●A:2017:Germany(Advanced country of ESD),●B:2017:Belarus(Advanced country of ESD after Chernobyl atomic power plant accident),●C:2018,2019:Development of new educational methods and practical researches in Fukushima at schools.●D:2019:We had publication of this study reports and symposium.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
東日本大震災以降，日本には放射能汚染という重大な環境問題が発生した。幼稚園・小学校・中学校において教育現場を縦断的に捉え、科学性の芽生えから課題解決能力を育むための新学習指導要領や21世紀型教育を活用した実践的研究は皆無である。さらに，先進事例をドイツとベラルーシに求め，福島での先進事例を加味した試行実践を検討し、その成果をシンポジウムで公表し、作成した研究報告書を主要教育研究機関へ配布した。本研究は，日本において幼小中の科学性の芽生えから問題解決能力育成を目指す新学習指導要領や21世紀型教育の振興に資する有意な独創的且つ意義深く，価値ある研究成果を有するものであることを確信する。
