| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research, we built frameworks for sustainable development of engineers' by international coordination in human resource development at manufacturing sites. Moreover, we proposed a curriculum for training technical skills in order to respond to the needs of various human resources. We provided the learning management system for supporting education such as micro-computer, C/C++ languages, computer architecture, and implementation of systems. Finally, we evaluated the project assignments.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
近年、ものづくり現場では、幅広い専門知識に加え、実社会の問題解決を行うサスティナブルな人材のニーズが高まってきている。そこで実際の現場で開発を行う前に、本研究で提案した実践的な技術者育成カリキュラムを導入することで、現場で生産性を高められる技術者を育成できると考える。また、国内外の大学とチーム・ベースのプロジェクトとして実習を行うことで、国際連携型の実践的な人材育成を行うことができる。さらに本研究で実践する検証技術者育成フレームワークは、海外展開を行う企業での技術者育成を支援するものとして有用であると考える。
