| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We proposed and prototyped a research lesson review support system targeting remote joint lessons introduced in mountainous and depopulated areas in Kochi prefecture to improve the teaching ability of teachers in collaboration with teachers of other school. In this research, in order to enable participation in research classes by remote asynchronous and online study meetings, we proposed and prototyped new shooting device for class recording, electronic learning lesson plan creation tool, multi-angle lesson recording tool and distribution server, annotation creation tool that supports review work using multi-angle videos, etc.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究の特色は小規模校間の弱点である教員の少なさをピアレビュ ー支援研究の観点から見直し，これまでのICT活用をさらに推進し，ネットワークを通じた遠隔非同期によるレビュー支援環境を独自に提案・開発することで，他校の教員との協働により教員の指導力の向上を図り，実施校の実情に合った遠隔合同授業の改善を試みる点にある．本研究が提案する研究授業レビュー支援システムは，校内外の参観者により行われる授業研究の形骸化を防ぎ，所属教員が少ない小規模校でも大規模校と同等，もしくはそれ以上の指導力の質的向上が期待出来る．また高知県と同様な過疎化問題を抱える他県にも適用が可能である。
