In this study, the following three studies were conducted with the aim of improving teachers' teaching behavior through the improvement of teachers' metacognition and further enhancing its effectiveness by verifying its effects from multiple angles in practical situations.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
学校現場では，いじめや学級崩壊，不登校など，児童生徒を取り巻く課題が山積みにされている。そのため学級は十分な機能を果たしにくい。このような状況の中で，教師の指導力不足の解消，あるいは教師の自身の指導方法への固執の解消は，学校現場において取り組むべき急務であると考える。
そこで、教師が生徒への生徒指導上の指導方法がうまくいっているか否かについて，自ら客観的に気づくことがきるようなプログラムとして開発したものが「蓄積データ」である。本研究は，この「蓄積データ」を活用し，教師の指導行動を教師のメタ認知の向上を通じて改善し，その有効性をさらに高めることに対して，一定の知見を提供しうる点に意義がある。
