Outline of Final Research Achievements

In ICU patients, we were examined that the effectiveness of neuromuscular electrical stimulation for ICU-acquired muscle weakness (ICU-AW) using urinary 3-methylhistidine (3-MH) as muscle proteolytic. 3-MH could be measured in 7 cases, and 3-MH was decreased. However, the conditions of collecting urine were often different Therefore, our results were unreliable and could not be characteristic.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
