Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have identified the genes that are significantly changed in differentiated myocytes with or without exosomes of serum, and focused on Tceal family. Tceal7 expression is up-regulated in differentiated myotubes, and is detected in somites of developing mouse embryos.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
