| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This research project designed a dialogic teacher training program encouraging sustainable reflection on teaching and fostering its workshop participants to be better workshop leaders. This was accomplished through the following three main approaches. First, this research project developed an original teaching portfolio workshop oriented to successive reflection for Japanese native and non-native teachers overseas. Second, it developed a KPT (Keep, Problem, Try) workshop for team teaching. Third, it showed a model case for encouraging Japanese language teachers locally hired overseas to be in charge of the workshops mentioned above.

国内外で日本語教育に関わる教師が活用可能なTPチャート作成ワークショップのパッケージに加え、これまで体系化されてこなかったチームティーチングのための協働的内省ツールおよびワークショップのパッケージを提供できる。また、ティーチングに対する内省の手がかりとなる継続的な内省の様相を具体的な事例で提示することができる。特に、これらは研修等のリソースが豊富とは言えない海外の日本語教育に従事する日本語教師（日本語非母語話者を含む）が、同僚と共に自ら実践を改善するために有用である。
