| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this research is to examine the effectiveness of non-financial indicator in small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs). Though past research has examined the relationship between corporate value and non-financial indicator, it is difficult to apply the findings in the past research because we cannot obtain the same kind of data in the case of SMEs. We have tried to analyze the effectiveness of non-financial indicator in SMEs based on the model in which large data set is not required.
We could not proceed our research as scheduled because of the unexpected affairs (hospitalization of the research representative and COVID-19 pandemic). Under the severe condition mentioned above, we could construct the basic model for Bayesian statistical analysis. We would like to admit our failure and think over the cause of this failure.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
日本には企業が約360万社ありそのうち99.7％が中小企業と言われており、中小企業は日本経済を支えているものと捉えることができる。にもかかわらず、中小企業については十分な研究がなされてきたとは言えない。これまで行われてきた大企業に対する分析アプローチを中小企業における非財務指標の分析へそのまま適用することは難しい。その原因の１つはデータの利用可能性であり、中小企業の分析を行うためには、小規模なデータで分析を行えるモデルが必要になる。もし、このようなモデルを構築することができれば、中小企業の企業価値を増やしていくためのヒントを得る可能性が高まり、これは学術的にも社会的にも意義のある事と思える。
