Outline of Annual Research Achievements

（１）先行研究を踏まえ、学校効果に影響を及ぼす学校運営の運営的及び教育的要因間の関係を明らかにするために、関係的信頼の分析枠組みを援用した概念枠組みを設定した。これまでの関係的信頼に関する先行研究は、関係的信頼を学校運営の要因を外側から取り巻く変数として捉えていた。それに対し、本研究では、学校運営における要因間の関係性を関係的信頼として捉え、分析を行った。
（２）学校運営への住民参加を、新しく導入された学校運営委員会制度だけではなく、在来の地域社会による学校への支援、保護者の自分の子供の教育への関与を含めた包括的な視点で捉える必要性を示唆したことが本研究の貢献である。質的分析からは、校長のリーダーシップを起点として、学校コミュニティと学校、教師と保護者の関係的信頼が、運営的及び教育的要因間の関係を媒介していることが明らかとなった。また、量的分析からは、教師と保護者の関係的信頼が高いほど、学習成績が高くなるという結果が判明した。このように関係的信頼の程度とその内容が、学校運営における運営的及び教育的要因間の関係を明らかにしたことが本研究の貢献である。
（３）校長がリーダーシップを発揮しても、在来の地域社会と学校コミュニティが分断されている状態では、関係的信頼が実現しないことが本研究の質的分析から明らかとなった。格差が拡大し、地域社会が周縁化される時代にあって、学校コミュニティの再構築は社会経済的に脆弱な家計にとって重要な意義を持つ。このような学校コミュニティの再構築を図るためには、行政が提供する制度、在来の地域社会の支援、保護者の教育への関与が補完しあう必要性が本研究から示唆される。
（４）研究成果として、学会発表13回(うち国際学会1回及び国際フォーラムでの発表1回を含む）、査読付き論文採択1篇、修正対応中3篇、書籍1本（1章分）の執筆がある。
