Outline of Final Research Achievements |
An analysis of the singing style of children who practice traditional singing revealed that there was a large difference in singing style such as so-called kobushi compared to that of adult performers, and a difference in the singing range. Based on these analyzes and considerations, we constructed a singing model for traditional singing classes. We have developed teaching materials such as model singing sound sources for children and graphic scores. Then, using the teaching materials, we planned a practice based on the characteristics of children's singing, and conducted a class for verification at elementary schools. In those practices, it was suggested that using the model sung by the child makes it easier for the children to grasp how to use the voice and how to sing. In addition, we were able to confirm the effect of using the child's model singing for the vocal range when singing.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
小・中学校の音楽科授業等において伝統的な歌唱を指導する際に、どのような範唱音源を用いたらよいか、また音域はどのように設定すればよいかなど、歌い方の指導方法に具体的な示唆を与えることが考えられる。また、今回開発した範唱音源等を小・中学校の音楽科授業等の指導において活用することで、子どもの伝統的な歌唱の学習を円滑にし、より充実した学びを実現することが期待される。 これら伝統的な歌唱の学習活動の充実は、鑑賞指導を含めた我が国や郷土の伝統音楽の学習全体によい影響を及ぼし、生活や社会の中の音や音楽、音楽文化と関わる資質・能力の育成に資するものと考える。
