Outline of Final Research Achievements

The purpose of this study is to develop an educational program for nurses that enables daily medical assistance for children with developmental disabilities. It is to clarify the way of support for children with developmental disabilities and their parents who visit various clinical departments not only for pediatrics but also for daily health problems. We confirmed the need to know the support method by presenting cases based on the characteristics of clinical departments by developing and implementing an educational program "Basic" for nurses in charge of multiple clinical departments. Based on these, we have created a clinical support program "Clinical Department Separate Edition" in pediatrics, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, surgery / orthopedics, and dentistry / oral surgery.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
