| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study was to obtain a guideline for collaboration between general classroom teachers and other persons to implement responses according to individual needs. It was considered necessary to specify and clarify the role of general classroom teachers in collaboration with others, to clarify the roles of schools and external institutions, and to develop a physical situation that facilitates collaboration. Although there were many cases in which children showed temporary improvement in classrooms, there were many students who did not attend school in junior high schools. It was suggested that needs to establish a system for securing flexible human resources and to give concrete form to cooperation and support in the classroom that take into consideration the future.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
通常級において特別な支援を必要とする児童生徒への教育的対応を充実させることが喫緊の課題であり，その充実には効果的な連携の実施が不可欠で,効果的な連携は教師のメンタルヘルスにも良い影響を及ぼしうる。通常級担任にとって，対応として連携を選択しやすくなるなど特別支援教育が身近なものとなりつつある中で，連携を含む通常級担任による対応の内容や結果を示し，様々な連携が通常級担任と児童生徒とのかかわりに及ぼす影響について検討した。また,義務教育という観点から小中学校の教師を対象として調査を実施し，教育形態や学校組織の違い，児童生徒の発達段階等を考え合わせて検討することも行った。
