| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The interview survey revealed that special support education coordinator is involved in planning a teaching plan based on their own perspectives, sharing information, and executing / evaluating support, and encourages classroom teachers to promote understanding in order to enhance their support to students.
Based on this knowledge, we examined whether the special support education coordinator's efforts were related to the teacher's instructions and the behavioral changes of the students receiving the instruction.
In a case study conducted with four schools, it was found that the frequency of occurrence of appropriate teaching behavior was increased by giving positive feedback to appropriate teaching behavior and sharing a record of the execution status of teaching behavior. These were also related to behavior changes of students as well.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究は、特別支援教育コーディネーターからの働きかけが学級担任の支援の充実に影響を与えることを検討するために、学級担任の支援の実行度（介入整合性）に注目した。学級担任の支援の実行度を高めることで、児童生徒の行動変容にも結びつくことをデータに基づき論証できたことから、今後も本研究と同様の方法により、校内支援体制の構築、維持の検討が行われることが期待される。
また、本研究では、特別支援教育コーディネーターが学級担任の適切な指導行動を肯定的に返し、伝えていくという働きかけ方が支援の実行度を高めるという知見を整理した。この取組を校内支援体制に組み込み、更なる支援の充実に役立てられることが考えられる。
