| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
2023年度の研究実績の概要は以下の通りです。
(1) 2023年7月18日に単著の査読付き論文"Milnor operations and classifying spaces”が学術雑誌 Proceedings of the American Mathematical Societyで出版されました。この論文では Kono-Yagita 予想の反例を p=2 の場合に構成しました。
(2) 2023年7月23日に単著の査読付き論文"Nilpotent elements in the cohomology of the classifying space of a connected Lie group"が学術雑誌 Journal of Topology and Analysis でオンラインで出版されました。この論文では SU(2) の3重積の商群の分類空間の整数係数コホモロジー及び mod 2 コホモロジーがべき零元を持つことを具体的な計算により示しました。
(3) 2023年7月25日に岸本氏と武田氏との共著の査読付き論文”Homotopy types of gauge groups over Riemann surfacesが学術雑誌Algebraic & Geometry Topology で出版されました。この論文では、コンパクトな連結リーマン曲面上の主 G-束のゲージ群のホモトピー型を研究しています。
(4) 2023年12月30日に単著のプレプリント”Torsion in classifying spaces of gauge groups”をプレプリントサーバー ArXiv へアップロードし査読付きの学術雑誌 Proceedings of the Royal Society of Edinburgh: Section A Mathematics に投稿しました。これは2024年4月1日にオンラインで出版されました。この論文では球面上の射影ユニタリ群のゲージ群の分類空間の整数係数ホモロジー群が捩れを持たないことを示しました。

3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.
Reason
2023年度中に査読付きの論文2本が受理されて、4本が出版されているのでいるので研究は進んでいると言えます。またこれ以外の新しい結果も得られています。しかしながらそれを論文にまとめて投稿する、という部分が遅れています。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
Proceedings of the Royal Society of Edinburgh: Section A Mathematicsで2024年4月1日にオンラインで出版された論文 "Torsion in classifying spaces of gauge groups"の結果は射影ユニタリ群に関するものですがこれを一般の単純リー群に拡張することによりこの論文の続編を書き上げるつもりです。また2024年夏にハノイでの国際研究集会での招待講演で発表予定の "Dickson-Mui invariants in the Brown-Peterson tower" を論文の形にまとめて投稿する予定です。さらにAd E_6の分類空間の mod 3 コホモロジーの計算かそれに関連したテーマで論文を書くつもりでいます。
