Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The inner heat load is remarkably high in factories and commercial kitchens, and high temperature equipment makes emits radiation and thermal plume above it. The high temperature equipment causes thermal problem of workers. In this research, the measurement method of radiative heat was studied. Several kinds of cooking apparatuses for commercial kitchens are treated as a masterpiece of high temperature equipment and measurement method is developed with appropriate accuracy. The results can be used to find the proper method of heat removal for various high temperature equipment.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
現在は業務用調理機器などの高発熱機器からの放射熱量と対流熱量の測定法が明確ではない。ASHRAE(米国暖房冷凍空調学会)が示している方法には多くの誤差が含まれると思われる。これに対し、本研究を進め、調理機器からの放射熱量と対流熱量の測定法を開発することで調理機器に対する空調負荷の算定法を確立することができる。また、本研究で開発した測定法は業務用厨房だけでなく、工場などにある高発熱機器に適応できるため、社会的意義が大きい。
