Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we attempted to develop an integrated epigenome regulation system and animal model for epigenomic disease. We developed a novel CRISPR-based system for enhancing gene expression. We further constructed an integrated epigenome regulation system with two CRISPR-associated proteins.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
