Outline of Final Research Achievements |
LCH may be a reactive disorder with underlying neoplastic potential of cells harboring BRAF mutations. RNA-Seq data of LCH patient serum have revealed that the level of KLF1, GATA-1, LYL1(lymphoblastic leukemia associated hematopoiesis regulator 1), IFI27 (Interferon alpha-inducible protein 27) distinguishes LCH subgroups. These RNAs are known to play important role in other neoplastic disorders.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
