| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have conducted medical education seminars and workshops (S&Ws) as a national FD for a variety of medical professions (10,000 participants in total). On the other hand, in order to train leaders who can promote international standard medical education, we have established the Medical Education Associate/Fellowship Training Program for S&W participants, which mainly focuses on ICT courses, and are expanding it nationwide. Since the two programs were independent systems, we developed a "lerning management system (LMS) for medical education associate/fellowship training" to manage participation, application, and approval for both programs.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
国際標準の学織・実践力・リーダーシップを備えた医療者教育分野のリーダーの養成は急務であるが、いままで医療者全般を対象とした教育指導者の系統的な能力向上を目指したプログラムはなかった。医療者教育アソシエイト/フェローシップ養成プログラムは医療界全般を対象とした本邦初の指導者養成コースであり、その実践・全国展開のためのLMSの構築は必須であった。全国の医療教育者等に対するニード調査から、フェローシップの高い取得希望が示されており、さらに仕事を続けながら体系的に医療教育を学べる学習方略、資格制度が求められていることも明らかとなっている。本研究成果はこれらを推進する必須要件となることが期待される。
