Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Renal carcinoma is the third most common malignancy following prostate and bladder cancer, while the mortality is the highest (40%) among them. We identified non coding RNA HOTAIR which is involved in the malignant characteristics. We further identified a novel non-coding RNA which is also promote cancer malignancy.

私たちはnon-coding RNAに着目して、癌の悪性度を亢進させる新たなnon-coding RNAを同定した。詳細な分子機構の解析を行うことで、将来的に治療標的となる可能性がある。
