We have evaluated the tumor microenvironment of advanced ovarian cancer after chemotherapy by IHC. We have established the paclitaxel resistant human ovarian cancer cells.

本研究により癌微小環境が卵巣癌治療効果予測のバイオマーカーおよび今後の治療標的となることが見出された。本研究成果をもとに、新規治療の開発を行う予定で卵巣癌治療の発展に意義があると考える。
