| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study aimed to develop a resilience passport (handbook) for parents of their children with pediatric cancer/recovering pediatric cancer patients as part of an approach paradigm to strengthen and promote parental "resilience" based on the theoretical foundation of "resilience," a psychological characteristic that indicates the inner strength of humans. A self-administered handbook was developed through discussions among health professional involved in childhood cancer.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究の学術的・社会的な意義は①レジリエンス・パスポート（ハンドブック）の活用により，小児がんの子どもを持つ親のレジリエンスを強化・促進でき，「レジリエンス」を医療目的に応用した先駆的な研究であること，②小児がん患児の5年生存率は年々高まっており，慢性疾患としての一面をもつため，他の疾患への適用可能性があることの2点である．
