Outline of Final Research Achievements |
A questionnaire survey was conducted on the changes before and after the drill among the trained teams that participate in the annual large-scale earthquake medical response training organized by the Cabinet Office, local government officials who accept the teams, and medical institutions that had not previously been expected to accept the teams. Some of the participants were aware of the information on the hazard map and other information on the disaster situation, but some of them became more aware of their own responsibilities and more confident about their future prospects through the drill. Some of the participants who were involved in the wide-area transport of patients as supporters during the Kumamoto earthquake tended to reconsider the importance of the training through the actual acceptance of support this time.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
