Outline of Annual Research Achievements

地域社会に受容可能な環境技術・システムを設計するためには、導入による地域の社会経済への影響分析（社会経済性分析）を行う必要がある。また、その結果を意思決定に対して意味ある情報にするためには、地域固有の条件を考慮したシナリオや技術モデルとの連携が必要である。本研究では、産業連関分析を発展し、技術・システム導入の社会経済性を可視化するモデルを提案することと、その結果を地域のステークホルダーに提示し、受容性の要因分解や社会経済性への反応の分析などを行うことを目的としている。
本研究は大きく分けて、（１）技術・システムの社会経済性を評価可能な産業連関表の作成、（２）フロー解析手法、ステークホルダー特定手法の確立、（３）技術・システムシナリオの分析結果の受容性の評価、技術選択の要因分析の3つのフェーズから成り立っている。令和元年度の実施内容は以下の通りである。
（１）平成30年度における分析結果と（３）のステークホルダーや住民へのヒアリングなどを基に、意思決定者に対し、社会経済性という指標を提示する際、どの粒度の情報と産業連関表が必要で、分析に用いる表をどのように作成すべきかについて検討を行い、様々な地域に展開可能な分析フレームワークを構築するためのケーススタディを行った。
（２）当フェーズについては、30 年度までに終了済みである。
（３）技術導入の社会経済性の分析結果に対し、ステークホルダーや地域住民へのヒアリングを行った。
