| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Applying data-driven analysis, the project attempted to establish an efficient foreign language teaching program. The works of the project include (a) development of automated scoring software, (b) a non-linear model that predicts students' grade before assessment, and (c) a stochastic model that fits well to students' engagement to classes.

昨今，日常的に発生する大量のデータを利活用しようとする新しいタイプの応用研究が注目を浴びている。教育研究もその例外には漏れないが，データ解析がどれほど教育実践に対して還元されているかといえば，顕著な成果が報告されているとは言い難い。本研究は，徹底的に教育現場に根ざした応用を目標とし，実際の英語学習プログラムに対して多種のデータ解析を実装しようとしたものである。
