Outline of Final Research Achievements |
An ultraviolet-irradiated strain of Paraboeremia sp. Lsl3, a Lycopodiaceae plant-derived endophytic fungus was successfully prepared, and the potential production ability of huperzine A, a candidate natural product of Alzheimer’s disease treatment, has been proved. Furthermore, a facile gene manipulation system of Lsl3 strain was established, and the whole genome sequence has been completed.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
