Outline of Final Research Achievements

We investigated association between event-related potential No-go P3 of school aged children and ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) symptom, and prenatal PFAS(perfluoroalkyl substances) exposure. ADHD symptom associated with No-go P3 amplitude, but not with latency. While several PFASs did not any association with No-go P3 amplitude, but significantly associated with shortened latency. Both ADHD symptom and prenatal PFAS exposure associated to inhibitory process in school aged children. However, the mechanism of influence might be different between ADHD and PFAS exposure.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
