Outline of Annual Research Achievements

前年度より、計画を一部変更し、麻酔導入時の合成ステロイド剤単回投与が、糖代謝恒常性に影響を与え、術後のインスリン抵抗性が増大すると仮説を立て、人工膵臓STG-55を用いた連続的血糖値測定により合成ステロイド投与に伴う血糖値変動を検証し、また、それが術後のインスリン抵抗性や異化に与える影響について検討することとした。すでに倫理委員会の審査を終え、現在、数名の計測を終え、引き続き計測を継続している。
