Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The needs of the residents in the eastern Yamanashi prefecture in the event of a natural disaster, as well as the issues of the city government, fire department, police, and hospitals in the event of a natural disaster were clarified. A working group was established to match ‘the needs of residents’ and ‘the issues of the response system of each organization’ regarding the response system in the event of a disaster in the area. We have created a flowchart focusing on the urgent issue of "hospital acceptance system" in hospitals. Training was conducted for receiving patients based on the flowchart. The importance and satisfaction of the training using flowcharts was high, with 9 points or higher in a 10-point scale. We showed the importance of examining, developing, and disseminating a disaster response system jointly by multiple occupations in preparation for a disaster.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
