Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research, we collected data on the Wellness Recovery Action Plan by holding WRAP workshops and conducting a questionnaire survey of WRAP facilitators. In addition to the wellness toolbox, which was a recovery tool, various signs and plans of WRAP were tabulated. In most WRAP plans, many things related to human relationships were mentioned as signs, and it was thought that the way of interacting with others affected recovery. As a result, we created WRAP plan sharing database and developed a Web page that can be used by oneself, such as people with lived experience of mental health difficulties.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
