Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we attempted to develop a peptide selection system to convert polymerases into nucleases. For this purpose, we modified the mRNA display method and realized screening in which peptides were recovered only when a nuclease reaction occurred. We aim to obtain useful peptides by applying this screening system to various polymerases in the future.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
