Research Abstract

平成18年度に引き続き,厚さ25μmのNi基(NiNb_<53>Nb_<20>Ti_<10>Zr_8Co_6Cu_3)金属ガラス箔の実用継手形成を目指し,過冷却液体温度域で2枚の箔を重ねて溶接する,重ね溶接継手を形成する溶接法の確立を目的とした.昨年度推察された,短冊状箔材の真空熱処理温度861K迄の構造緩和,871K以上結晶化温度迄の試料全体でのhR14Ni_4Ti_3結晶相生成,947K以上での全面結晶化の微視的構造変化と引張破面に見られる粗いベイン模様を示す領域,細かいベイン模様を示す領域,平坦な領域の3種類の破面形態ならびに引張強度との対応関係を調査した.その結果,試料の微視的構造変化と破面形態の破面全体に対する割合(破面面積率)ならびに引張強度との間に関連性が見いだされた.また半導体レーザ,電子ビーム,ファイバーレーザの2枚重ね継手の強度と破面面積率の間にも比例関係が見られた.このことから,試料の微視的構造変化に応じて引張破面形態が変化し,それに応じて引張強度が変化すること,破面形態観察と破面面積率測定により試料の微視的構造変化の度合いがおおよそ把握できることが示唆された.3種類の溶接法での溶接ビード中央部TEM観察の結果,比較的冷却速度の早い電子ビーム溶接,ブァイバーレーザ溶接において溶接ビードが非晶質状態を維持していることを確認した.さらに半導体レーザによりNi基金属ガラス箔とステンレス箔および純Ni箔との異材重ね溶接を実施し,溶接入熱および治具の抜熱を制御することにより,溶接欠陥の無い継手を形成した.
