磁場下におけるスピン三重項超伝導の物性

Research Abstract

Sr_2RuO_4はスピン三重項超伝導体と考えられているが、磁場下における超伝導相での振る舞いのいくつか、例えば、H_<c2>の面内角度回転での等方性、パウリ限界的な振る舞い、および、ナイトシフトにおけるdベクトルの異方性エネルギーの小ささ、がスピン三重項超伝導として説明できるかどうかは、今なお、明らかとなっていない。むしろ、これらの観測事実からスピン一重項であるかもしれないという声も強くなっている。
我々は、これらの点を明らかにするため、微視的なモデルから出発し、摂動論的手法によってEliashberg方程式を解く事で、超伝導ギャップ関数を決定し、これを拡張して
1)スピン軌道相互作用を導入することで、正常状態における磁気異方性、および、超伝導dベクトルの縮退を解く異方性エネルギーの見積もり、
2)超伝導状態の計算によって、カイラル状態における自発磁化の見積もり、および、ゼーマン項による磁場下での相図を議論、
3)微視的に得られたギャップ構造を用いて、準古典近似に基づいた磁場中超伝導の計算を行い、H-T相図、H_<c2>の異方性、比熱やNMRの緩和時間T_1の計算を行った。
以上の結果から、Sr_2RuO_4における異方性や磁場下での超伝導の振る舞いについて、一定の理解が得られた。
