Research Abstract |
脳は信号の時間順序をどのようにして決定しているのだろうか。左右の手に刺激を加えて時間順序を回答させる課題で、手を交差すると時間順序判断が逆転するという現象を手がかりをしてこの問題に取り組んだ。非侵襲脳活動計測と経頭蓋磁気刺激法を組み合わせた研究を行った結果、脳は信号の空間位置の情報と「動き」の情報を統合して時間順序を再構成しているという仮説(動き投影仮説)を支持する結果を得た。
