Research Abstract

本研究は強出力集束超音波(HIFU)を用いて血流依存性疾患(胎児腫瘍など)、胎児閉塞性尿路障害、胎児腔水症、双胎間輸血症候群に対する胎児治療に向けた基礎実験を行うことで臨床応用が可能かどうかを知ることを目的に行われた。実験結果から胎児胎内の血流遮断が可能なこと、血流遮断により腫瘍の増殖抑制ができることを確認した。また胎児膀胱皮膚瘻の作製、胎盤表面血管の閉塞が可能なことも確認された。以上よりHIFUの低侵襲胎児治療への臨床応用の可能性が示された。
