Research Abstract

高齢化社会の進行にともなって、低体力状態にある高齢者数が急速に増加している。本研究は、動作姿勢を支える働きを持つ体幹深部筋に着目し、低体力状態にある高齢者が無理なくトレーニングすることが出来るマシン5機種(パワーアシスト式歩行動作トレ-ニングマシン、パワーアシスト付き舟漕ぎマシン、パワーアシスト式体幹底部筋群トレーニングマシン、パワーアシスト付き自転車漕ぎトレーニングマシン、簡易型体幹トレーニングマシン)を新しく開発し、これらを用いて介護施設の入所者を始め.高齢者を対象にトレーニングし、その成果を動作の質の変化からとらえた。
