Research Abstract

鉄-ポルフィリン触媒は、木材腐朽菌(キノコ類に含まれる)が生産する酸化酵素の活性中心を模倣した触媒として知られている。これは、穏和な条件で安価かつ易分解性の酸化剤であるオクソン(KHSO5)共存下で、クロロフェノール(CPs)など有害な有機塩素化合物を穏和な条件にて酸化分解出来ることが報告されており、CPsで汚染された土壌・水圏環境の浄化剤として応用が期待できる。しかし、酸化剤共存下で、触媒自身が自己分解し不活性化する問題点がある。本研究では、鉄-ポルフィリン触媒を天然高分子である腐植酸へ共有結合することにより、自己分解の抑制とCPs に対する酸化分解率の向上を達成した。
