Research Abstract

軟組織用に最適な高空間解像度、高コントラストが得られるX線光学系の開発に成功した。高性能2次元検出器を得て屈折画像が短時間に得られることを実証した。臨床応用を目指す上で重要な乳癌試料、関節軟骨など各種軟組織に対してX線暗視野法を用いてX線画像取得に成功した。H&E染色像に変わらない情報が得られることが判明した。屈折用アルゴリズムを適用して乳管、乳腺、線維、壊死石灰化などの3次元像取得にも成功した。屈折型擬似3次元像取得にも成功した。これらにより臨床用in vivo、ex vivo像の見込みが立った
