Research Abstract

半導体デバイスやマクロセンサーなどのマイクロシステムは種々の材料から構成される多層薄膜構造体であることが特徴である. 本研究では, このような多層薄膜構造体の機能・寿命特性を支配する表面・界面の力学場パラメータを明らかにすることを目的として, 従来のナノインデンテーション試験, マルチステージピール試験のよるはく離過程の観察・評価に加えて, 多軸駆動型はく離法を新たに開発し, 界面特性を精度良く評価できる手法を提示するとともに, 界面強度特性を結合力モデルによって考慮した有限要素解析を行い, はく離進展の挙動を明らかにしている.
